Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Happy feastin' and don't forget to go to the gym this weekend, and some of ya'll got apps to finish! Plus whatever midterms/finals!.. cuz I kno I'mma forget.
You kno I'm not the biggest holiday junkie, but I gotta say if it wasn't for holidays, what other excuse do we have to spend a day or two with our family, go shopping, and have fun? It's like the season where people of less virtue become more giving and respectful. It's weird.. but I like it. Although I can't fully experience this from my family...cuz some of us still work, and some of us disregards family, so nothing really goes on for me this time of the year. I'll sometimes put an effort and the message gets sent across. I try not to have the bitterness disappoint.
Wednesday was a pain in the ass since I went to all my classes when everybody else was just chillin'. I had 2 quizzes of which I totally bombed cuz the night before I somehow started to KARAOKE with the D's and Lee's , then afterwards played a few games of Family Feud!! That was fun but I could've gotten my studies in instead...check out skeez on the M.i.c

and the next beyonce...

Oh yeah, so I got the message that my dad wanted a flat screen tv over the week and I told him about the deal at walmart on black friday. He was all for it, but it was like we had to split the price with all 4 of us.. then everyting else was history..black friday ya'll. This was my first doorbuster moment!
4AM my alarm clock sounds and I woke my dad up. 450ish we were in san leandro's walmart, I drove but got off to line up when my dad tried to find parking... so I walked to find the end of the line... and I realized the line looped around the whole store.....and turned back at a dead end. It was pretty dark and possibly scary if anything bad had happened. 5AM the line moved but we got in about 5:15-5:20.... and I went straight to the back of the store where the TV's were.
I couldn't get through all the carts and ppl and ppl with carts and tvs and shit like that.... im like OMGG FUCKK gotta find the TV!! I couldn't find anything there... n I looked over n over.... not until later when I saw my dad he said there were some near the front of the store and they was all taken... and the last one my dad was about to take from the floor when some huk gwais claimed it was theres and cherng joh the TV. There goes that 42"...
Disappointed, we left the place cuz we said we either get it or get it next time. While I was driving, my dad told me to go hit up the one near the coliseum... but that was also a failed mission, parking was a bitch. So we left.... and while I drove back I suggested I could check out best buy later... but then my dad said Lets go! so I actually went to circuit city first... and the first thing we checked out was the TV's... haha Thank god there weren't doorbusting mobs there cuz we picked up a 50" plasma..... We left with joy and a big credit card bill in my name.
so there it was. The first Plasma HD ready 50" Samsung televison in our home. We got some good*ss digital channels now! but now we gotta figure out how to rearrange everything.. WOW, and the 50" plasma actually fit in the back of the jeep.
Heres some tips for all ya'll black friday shoppers:
- If theres a mob of ppl in line, chances are the deal you want will be gone.
- If the line goes around the store and comes back, ur too late.
- remember to bring ur phone dad
- chances are the BIG BIG items wont be where they display it!
- pre black friday sale have some good deals (no lie)
